Our Story
Stories Gathering Place was born from a simple conviction: the best meals begin with honest ingredients, patient craftsmanship, and the kind of warmth that only comes from a community that shows up for each other.
Located on Lake Avenue in Gothenburg, we are a neighborhood bakery and grocery that treats every sourdough loaf, every jar of preserves, and every visiting customer with the same care. We bake in small batches, source locally when we can, and keep our shelves stocked with goods we'd actually serve our own families.
This is a place to pause — whether you're grabbing morning coffee and a pastry on your way to work, picking up dinner ingredients for the week, or settling in with a good book and a fresh croissant. The door is always open.
What We Offer
